Education : Full time MBA or B.tech from recognised Institutes Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and agile Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital customer acquisition and drive growth through the village haat® D2C platforms. Strategize and execute ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Affiliate channels. Manage budgets effectively to optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics. Develop and test A/B experiments to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-impact ad creatives and landing pages. Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on real-time data. Drive end-to-end growth for thevillagehaat.com and app (if applicable), including traffic, conversions, and revenue. Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to improve user journey, AOV, cart-to-purchase conversion, and page speed. Own merchandising strategy, product visibility, and on-site campaigns. Leverage consumer data to drive retention and repeat purchases through CRM initiatives (Email/SMS/Push). Build and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Business Manager, etc. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs and report to leadership. Extract actionable insights from performance data to optimize campaigns and influence cross-functional strategy. Qualifications : 2+ years post-MBA or 4+ years post-B.Tech from a recognised institution. Prior experience in a D2C-first brand (consumer electronics/lifestyle/ecommerce preferred). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and campaign optimization. Proven success managing performance marketing budgets and ecommerce growth targets.
