Role & responsibilities Manage maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management. Oversee mechanical maintenance operations to ensure optimal plant performance. Responsible for new machine installation, fabric dyeing, ETP operation to control water wastage, utility maintenance, DG set. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities. Develop and implement effective preventive measures to minimize downtime. Supervise junior engineers and technicians to improve their skills and efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be B.Tech. Mechanical & should have at least 2-4 years of minimum experience from fabric dyeing /knitting industry
