Role Overview: You will be in a technical Expert-level position in the Cloud organization within Getronics. Your responsibility will be to maintain and provide excellent cloud operations services to customers. You will work closely with bid management, pre-sales, solution & service architects to support the execution of complex solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Combine expertise in Kubernetes with the development of cloud-native applications using serverless and container technologies. - Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters at scale. - Work on cloud-agnostic Kubernetes deployments, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS, and private cloud deployments on VMware. - Be comfortable leveraging serverless technologies to develop new intellectual property (IP). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree from a reputed institute. Additional Details: This role requires more than 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and Development roles. You should have at least 5 years of experience managing Kubernetes workloads, from building and hardening to overseeing cloud-agnostic Kubernetes clusters. A minimum of 5+ years working on microservices/containers/serverless/event-driven architectures is essential. Additionally, experience in creating and managing production-scale Kubernetes clusters and a deep understanding of Kubernetes networking is required. Experience with Serverless technologies like Lambda, Functions is preferred, along with a solid understanding of internal workings within Kubernetes clusters and experience upgrading/patching production-grade Kube clusters. You should have experience performing application deployments on Kubernetes clusters, preferably using GitOps, and managing various classes of Kubernetes objects. Setting up observability for Kubernetes clusters is also a key requirement. Preferred Skills: - Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer), CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist). - Vendor certifications in Virtualization, Systems, Storage, Networking. - Any Public cloud administrator/architect certifications.,
