Company : Kuber Agro Location : Sirsa, Haryana Industry : Rice Manufacturing / Agro Industry Experience : Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in rice or food grain product sales. Salary : (Based on experience & performance) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for Kuber Agro in the Sirsa region. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the rice industry or Agri-based FMCG sales , capable of managing channel sales, distributor networks, and field sales teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets for rice and related products. Manage distributor and dealer networks , ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment. Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key B2B customers . Lead and monitor a field sales team , setting performance targets and tracking progress. Ensure market expansion and new customer acquisition in assigned territory. Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery . Prepare monthly sales reports , forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Ensure payment collections and credit control in line with company policy. Participate in trade fairs, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities . Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/Agri/Commerce). MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage. Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in rice or food grain product sales. Proven track record in channel sales and territory management . Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of agricultural/rice product market . Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills . Proficient in sales planning, distribution management , and target achievement . Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Good understanding of market dynamics in Haryana and adjoining areas .
