Post completion of 6 months acquire roles within the respective function with clear measurable Transition from Campus to Corporate by understanding the Ways of working Agility to learn and get absorbed in different functions Knowledge and Skills: Behavior: Improve Bunges outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy. Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves. Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change. Technical: 100% Adherence to Stint Plans 100% Attendance in office (excluding leave) during Traineeship Quarterly Reviews for feedback Document & Self Assessment using KTI Tool Education & Experience: Master s Degree in the required stream.
