Key Responsibilities: • Social Media Management: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. 2. Create and curate compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience segment. 3. Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive meaningful interactions. 4. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules. • Content Creation: 1. Conceptualize, produce, and oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content, including photography, videos, tutorials, blogs, articles, and user-generated content. 2. Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and creative partners to develop engaging and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. 3. Maintain brand voice, style, and messaging consistency across all content channels and campaigns. • Community Engagement & Management: 1. Foster and nurture relationships with our online community, influencers, makeup artists, and brand ambassadors. Monitor and actively participate in conversations, comments, and messages across social media platforms, representing the brand with authenticity and empathy. 2. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, user reviews, and testimonials. • Campaign Management: 1. Plan, execute, and measure social media campaigns and promotions, aligning with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal trends. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Analytics and Reporting: 1. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, performance KPIs, and campaign results. 2. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize content strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Photography Skills: 1. Capture high-quality product images, production photos & videos, and behind-the-scenes content for social media, website, and marketing materials. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and editing. Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all photography assets. The responsibilities may extend beyond the scope mentioned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and photography, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. For the Export & Import role, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of Import/Export procedures and policies, including familiarity with Customs Tariff. Your responsibilities will include coordinating Import & Export clearance activities with suppliers, vendors, and Customs house agents to ensure proper documentation, classification, and smooth shipment clearance. You will also be required to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, adhere to all regulations, maintain records, define KPIs, negotiate competitive rates for exports, handle DGFT regulations, and provide regular status reports to the management. In the Procurement role, you will be responsible for both local and international order placement and procurement.
