Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) Location Preference: Sambhal / Chandausi / Behjoi & Nearby Areas (within 50 km), Uttar Pradesh Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG or related industries Compensation: Competitive, as per industry standards Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven sales professional to lead and expand our presence in the assigned region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, building trade relationships, and executing on-the-ground strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage new retailers, distributors, and stockists within the designated territory Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure timely order booking, invoicing, and payment collection Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners and trade stakeholders Track and report local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands Ensure optimal product visibility, placement, and adherence to branding standards at retail outlets Collaborate with backend teams for order processing, billing, and stock coordination Submit accurate and timely sales reports, market insights, and performance updates to reporting managers Candidate Requirements: 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the Sambhal, Chandausi, Behjoi region and surrounding areas (up to 50 km radius) Working knowledge of MS Excel and mobile-based sales reporting tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with dynamic field conditions Educational Qualifications & Preferences: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred) Familiarity with local market geography and consumer behavior is highly desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 24/07/2025
