TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Finance & Accounting Setup Lead the end-to-end setup of finance and accounting operations for KMIN. Define and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in alignment with Krones Thailand and Krones India. Establish systems for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and statutory filings. Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis. 2) Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management Develop the annual CAPEX plan in alignment with strategic goals. Monitor and control CAPEX/investment spending to ensure adherence to budget. Review and manage the CAPEX request and approval process. Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations including NPV, IRR, Payback Period, and ROI. Perform risk assessments on CAPEX and investment proposals. Prepare and present business cases to management for investment decisions. Track and report on CAPEX projects, highlighting deviations in scope, timeline, or budget. Ensure alignment with procurement processes and develop effective internal controls for investment governance. 3) Financial Analysis & Project Oversight Conduct financial analysis and develop future financial projections. Manage project cash flows, including billing, payments, and compliance tracking. Participate in financial negotiations and commercial discussions to optimize costs. Perform audits on capital projects to ensure efficiency, compliance, and value creation. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or Engineer with Finance background/experiences Minimum of 5-7 years Experiences in Financial Planning / Investment Analysis / Project Finance Preferable past experiences in manufacturing or project controller Good skills in Excel, Power BI, SAP or ERP in project control etc Experience in S4 HANA SAP system is a good plus Excellent skill in investment strategic analysis and be able to present this strategic information to top management Expertise in cost estimation, cost control, and cost-benefit analysis. Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all levels of the manufacturing organization. This includes both white-collar (engineering, R&D, operations) and blue-collar (shop floor, technicians, machine operators) roles. The role demands a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape, labor market trends, and compliance with Indian labor laws. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Strategic Talent Planning Collaborate with plant heads, production managers, and the Head - HR to forecast manpower requirements. Develop annual and quarterly hiring plans aligned with production schedules and business expansion goals. Identify critical roles and build succession pipelines. 2) Sourcing & Recruitment Execution Design and implement sourcing strategies using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct campus hiring drives at ITIs, polytechnics, and engineering colleges. activities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. 3) Blue-Collar Workforce Management Partner with local contractors and labor suppliers to ensure timely availability of skilled and semi-skilled workers. Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimum wage regulations, and contract labor norms. Maintain a database of trade-tested workers and apprentices. 4) Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Promote the company as an employer of choice through digital campaigns, job fairs, and industry events. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding. Develop engaging content for career pages and social media. 5) Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and diversity ratios. Generate weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership review. Use ATS and HRMS tools to streamline hiring workflows. 6) Stakeholder & Vendor Management Liaise with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Manage recruitment vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance. Coordinate with payroll, admin, and compliance teams for smooth onboarding. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, especially related to factories and contract labor Experience in high-volume hiring and managing blue-collar recruitment Proficiency in ATS platforms, Excel, and HR analytics and Success factor will be added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in automotive, FMCG, electronics, or heavy engineering sectors Exposure to unionized environments and labor relations Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and government skill development schemes (e.g., NAPS,NSDC, PMKVY)

Your tasks after successful completion of the qualification program Carrying out technical commissioning of assigned machine portfolio including complete functional testing at home and abroad Independent installation, if necessary, provision and import of software (parameterization and optimization) according to functional description or commissioning Importing PLC software into the machine control system Input and modification of machine parameters regarding functions and processes as well as independent performance of functional tests Parameterizing the drive, operating and measuring systems of the machines and systems Technical coordination with the design, production and service departments Converting the machine/system (e.g. different types of cans/bottles) Demonstration of the machine and technical explanation as part of customer acceptance test Analyzing and correcting faults on individual machines, parts and assemblies or initiating the rectification process (suggesting technical solutions to problems if necessary) and documenting the process Independent completion of all necessary documentation and compliance with standards, regulations, quality guidelines, etc. Occasional commissioning assignments to customers plants Requirements University degree in any Engineering faculty Alternative: successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician (Training as a technician or master craftsman desirable) Sound knowledge of control technology (S7, TIA Portal) Structured, systematic and result-oriented way of working Confident and hands-on mentality Very good English and communication skills High willingness to learn and didactic skills to share acquired know-how with colleagues Willingness to travel worldwide and go on qualification assignments to Germany Show more Show less
