Electrical / Mechanical Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

We are offering a unique opportunity to participate an on-the-job training with KRONES MACHINERY INDIA to be professionally trained on our KRONES machines in the KRONES AG headquarters in Germany. Each qualification assignment to Germany will be planned for 6-12 months.

Your tasks after successful completion of the qualification program

• Carrying out technical commissioning of assigned machine portfolio including complete functional testing at home and abroad
• Independent installation, if necessary, provision and import of software (parameterization and optimization) according to functional description or commissioning
• Importing PLC software into the machine control system
• Input and modification of machine parameters regarding functions and processes as well as independent performance of functional tests
• Parameterizing the drive, operating and measuring systems of the machines and systems
• Technical coordination with the design, production and service departments
• Converting the machine/system (e.g. different types of cans/bottles)
• Demonstration of the machine and technical explanation as part of customer acceptance test
• Analyzing and correcting faults on individual machines, parts and assemblies or initiating the rectification process (suggesting technical solutions to problems if necessary) and documenting the process
• Independent completion of all necessary documentation and compliance with standards, regulations, quality guidelines, etc.
• Occasional commissioning assignments to customers plants

Requirements

• University degree in any Engineering faculty
• Alternative: successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician (Training as a technician or master craftsman desirable)
• Sound knowledge of control technology (S7, TIA Portal)
• Structured, systematic and result-oriented way of working
• Confident and hands-on mentality
• Very good English and communication skills
• High willingness to learn and didactic skills to share acquired know-how with colleagues
• Willingness to travel worldwide and go on qualification assignments to Germany
