We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BDS graduate to join our dental team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients’ dental issues, performing routine checkups, and assisting with preventive and corrective dental care. New graduates with a strong passion for dentistry are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Examine teeth, gums, and related tissues using dental instruments, x-rays, and diagnostic tools Perform procedures like dental cleaning, fillings, root canals, extractions, and other general dentistry practices Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed Collaborate with senior dentists, orthodontists, or oral surgeons if necessary Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and attend workshops or CME programs Qualifications: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized dental college Registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI) Clinical internship completed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality patient care Basic knowledge of dental software is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience in a clinical setup (hospital, private clinic, or public health center) Ability to manage anxious patients with empathy Proficiency in performing common dental procedures independently Work Environment: Well-equipped dental operatory Supportive staff and senior mentorship Opportunity for skill development and career growth How to Apply: Please send your CV and a cover letter to [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹13,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
