Primary Role: To sell Yamaha motorcycles/scooters to walk-in and digital customers, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the dealership. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Handling & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Yamaha bikes or scooters. Provide detailed product information (features, variants, pricing, financing, insurance, etc.). Offer test rides and explain after-sales services. Close the sale and assist with booking and delivery processes. 2. Lead Follow-up & Conversion Follow up with online leads, inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or showroom visits. Maintain a lead tracking system (CRM or manual). Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings. 3. Documentation & Coordination Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration paperwork. Coordinate with finance companies and RTO agents. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of vehicles. 4. Product Knowledge Stay updated with the latest Yamaha bike models, specifications, features, pricing, and offers. Know about competing models for better comparisons and pitching. 5. Sales Target Achievement Work towards individual and team sales targets set by the dealership or Yamaha. Participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing activities. 6. Showroom Upkeep Ensure the bikes on display are clean, properly arranged, and presentable. Maintain updated price tags, brochures, and promotional materials. 7. Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate if needed. Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of bikes and automobile sales. Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills. Knowledge of financing and insurance processes is a plus. Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, etc.). Daily/Weekly Tasks Track and report daily walk-ins, leads, bookings, and deliveries. Update sales performance to the Sales Manager. Participate in sales meetings and training.
