We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams from our Worli, Head Office. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities: · Monitor and work on enquiries generated, quotation sent, quotation closed, converted and lost.. · Building good relation with customers and generating orders by promoting product sale. · Responsible for networking with new user in the academic and industry. · Work closely with inside sales team and Regional / Zonal Manager for all Sales related tasks. · Order management . As part of our expanding field sales team, we are looking for highly motivated professionals to drive business growth in Gujarat. Job Summary We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Life Sciences and and biotech division to manage and grow business in the Ahmedabad region. This is a field sales role involving regular customer visits, lead generation, and negotiation with prospects to close deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales , excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with biotech products. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the life sciences and biotech domains. Regular customer visits to understand requirements and pitch product solutions ( field sales ). Promote products ,Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers such as lab heads, researchers, and procurement officers. Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Submit daily customer visit reports, follow-up updates, and sales forecasts to the Head Office. Track and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and support post-sales service. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology , Microbiology , or related Life Sciences fields. Experience : 2–3 years of proven field sales experience in biotech, life sciences, or diagnostics industries Skills : Strong sales and target achievement mindset Excellent negotiation and closing skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to conduct professional product demos Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven Languages : Fluency in local Language is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. Travel : Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Ahmedabad and nearby areas).
