We’re Hiring: Sales – Interior Design Location: Bangalore, India Company: Krish-V Global Interiors Employment Type: Full-Time Krish-V Global is a leading Interior firm committed to delivering thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for self-motivated and experienced Sales team members to join our team and help drive growth by connecting our creative vision with the right clients. Key Responsibilities: • Identify new sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed projects • Understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to present tailored solutions • Conduct client meetings, design briefings, and project walkthroughs • Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and sales documentation • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting • Sales Responsibilities • Ensure smooth handover to execution teams • Generate referrals through relationship building Requirements: • Any Bachelor’s degree with Good Communication Skill • 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in interior designing, architecture, real estate, or related sectors) • Negotiation and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand design proposals and explain them effectively to clients • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite • A customer-focused, target-driven approach What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative team • Exposure to high-end design projects • Career growth and learning opportunities within the design and fit-out industry
