Job Summary:Kraus Casuals Pvt. Ltd., a leading apparel retail company with a pan-India presence, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Associates to support warehouse operations. The role involves sorting, folding, tagging, and packing garments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, fold, and pack garments as per order requirements Check items for quality, size, and SKU before packing Ensure correct tagging and labeling of each packet Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area Follow company SOPs for packing and handling materials Support inventory counting and stock arrangement when needed Report damaged or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately Meet daily packing targets and maintain productivity levels Requirements: 10th Pass will be preferred (not mandatory) Prior experience in warehouse packing preferred (not mandatory) Basic knowledge of garment handling Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Attention to detail and time management skills Working Conditions: 9-hour shifts (including breaks) May include weekend or holiday shifts based on workload Work involves standing, bending, and lifting packages up to [mention weight, e.g., 10-15 kg] Benefits:Fixed salary as per industry standards PF & ESIC benefits Uniform and ID provided Incentives for meeting daily/monthly targets Opportunity for internal promotions 📩 To Apply: Walk-in at our warehouse or call 9326859674.
