You will be responsible for managing the SME Sales team in Bangalore. Your primary role will be to drive an efficient sales team by implementing industry best practices and processes. The team will consist of both Inside sales and outbound sales teams. You will be in charge of building, managing, and leading the entire Sales function, with a focus on increasing business adoption and market penetration in the Mid market and SME sector. It will be essential to track and present key sales metrics and forecasts, and work closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to forecast and manage business requirements. Your responsibilities will also include driving market research, enhancing consumer persona understanding, and refining the sales pitch continuously. You will actively engage in client conversations, lead negotiations when necessary, and establish processes and controlling mechanisms for the team. Setting OKRs and KRAs for individuals and the team, as well as serving as the final point of escalation on service and business issues, will be part of your core duties. To qualify for this position, you should have 6-10 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in managing and leading a team. A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and leading a Sales team, particularly in B2B Sales, is required. Experience in leading both Inside sales and outbound sales teams is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals. Strong communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and team management skills are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in written and verbal communications and experience in customer-facing roles, managing requirements, and engaging in solution selling are crucial qualifications for this position.,
