SRole & responsibilities Job Description Summary: As a Guest Experience Executive, you will be the face of our Toyota showroom welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and poise. Your role is pivotal in creating a memorable first impression and ensuring every visitor feels valued. You will coordinate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth customer interactions and support the overall showroom experience. You are expected to maintain impeccable personal grooming, appearing neat, clean, and professionally presentable at all times to reflect the premium standards of the showroom. Key Responsibilities / KRA: Greet and assist all showroom visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour. Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and lounge area Manage guest flow and appointment schedules efficiently Provide basic information about Toyota vehicles and services when required Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement Handle incoming calls and inquiries with courtesy and accuracy Support showroom events, product launches, and customer engagement activities Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction at all timesreviews Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience Skills & Qualification: Female Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Communication preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of automobiles is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
