As a Sales Training and Development Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in preparing new sales representatives for success in their roles. Your responsibilities will include conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with the sales process, creating individual coaching plans, and offering resources and support to help them excel. Additionally, you will schedule drive-along sessions with senior representatives to provide hands-on learning opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing exercise sessions for both new and current sales employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. You will also deliver sales training, mentoring, and ongoing support services to ensure the continuous development of the sales team. Your focus will be on training and educating sales staff from the moment of their initial hire and throughout their tenure with the company. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and implementing training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance the sales team's performance and capabilities. You will also be responsible for conducting floor management activities, including call quality checks, and ensuring that all team members are meeting their Key Result Areas (KRAs). As the primary point of contact for sales-related queries and doubts, you will play a key role in providing timely and effective solutions to support the sales team's success. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the first sales made by each candidate and ensuring that they are adequately supported in their sales efforts.
