Join our fast-paced Retail environment and take charge of end-to-end HRMS/HRIS implementation, optimization, and administration across our growing organization. About the Role Were looking for a proactive HR Tech Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and brings expertise in: HRMS/HRIS Administration: System configurations, data integrity, security, and user access management. Automation & Optimization: Streamlining workflows and enhancing system performance. Vendor Coordination: Managing integrations, technical support, and upgrades. Data Analytics & Reporting: Driving insights through accurate HR dashboards and MIS. Policy & Process Implementation: Strengthening HR operations to ensure scalability and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale HR tech solutions that empower teams and enhance the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage, configure, and maintain HRMS modules (Core HR, Absence, T&L, HR Ops, PMS, etc.) Lead HRIS upgrades, integration testing, and troubleshooting. Automate HR processes and ensure smooth integration with payroll & benefits systems. Generate dashboards & HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Train HR teams and employees to maximize HRMS adoption and efficiency. Preferred candidate profile: Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and process automation Expertise in HR analytics, MIS, and data-driven HR strategies Excellent vendor management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills MBA HR, B-Tech: IT (Preference Tier 1 or 2 colleges) If you’re ready to transform HR tech capabilities and make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing environment.
