Your main role will be to assist walk-in customers in downloading and setting up our mobile app, ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying digital shopping journey. What We Expect: Energetic, positive, and approachable personality Good communication skills (local language preferred) Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile apps Patience and willingness to guide and assist customers Responsible, punctual, and a team player Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with downloading and registering on the KPN Farm Fresh app Explain app benefits, offers, and features to customers Collect customer feedback to improve the digital experience Location: In-store (Retail Outlets) Work Timing: Morning Shift Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 Male and female candidates can apply.
