Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards and Excel-based reports to effectively communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to align business goals and ensure accurate, efficient, and error-free delivery. Innovation in Data Practices: Continuously seek out new data sources, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance the depth and quality of insights. Insight Generation: Interpret analytical results to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions. Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies within established timelines, ensuring full compliance. Data Governance: Collaborate with regulatory and data teams to ensure data handling aligns with relevant compliance standards Preferred Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech). Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis; familiarity with the finance domain is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data querying and handling large, complex datasets. Proficient in SQL, Python or R, Excel, Knime, Alteryx and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Quick Sight, or open-source alternatives). Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing QA processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, along with troubleshooting capabilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
