The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights, drive data-backed decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure business objectives align with company goals. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track KPIs and business performance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for business challenges. Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and tools by providing business insights and ensuring smooth adoption. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and training sessions to align business goals and project outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working with product and engineering teams is a plus. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field Nice to Have Experience in the tech startup space or a social media domain is a plus.
