Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Thane. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Duties include handling employee relations, developing HR policies, and conducting performance reviews.
