Job Responsibilities: Handle daily IndiaMART inquiries/leads and respond within 2–3 hours. Call and qualify incoming leads (B2B/B2C). Share product quotations, images, and details through WhatsApp/email. Follow up with potential buyers until order closure. Maintain CRM or Excel sheet with daily updates. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for order tracking and delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback post-sale.
