Job Title: HR Operations Specialist Location: BKC Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2-3 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Manage employee records, ensure data accuracy, and maintain HR databases. Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in audits and reporting. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with HRIS systems Local candidates preferred.
