Job Description - Solar Sales Officer Koshish Solar (An initiative by Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), a leading provider of sustainable environmental solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join its Solar team and contribute to Sales/Revenue Generation. Location Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Meerut, Bulandshahr Experience 2-5 years in EPC B2C sales (preferably in solar EPC/ renewable energy power sector) Education Graduate in any discipline Technical diploma or degree (Electrical Engineering) preferred. Job Purpose To drive sales of solar products systems (residential, commercial, industrial) by generating leads, building customer relationships, assessing sites, preparing quotes, closing deals and achieving sales targets for Koshish Solar. The role is fieldoriented with real customer client interaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, doortodoor visits, networking for solar projects. Customer Engagement & Consultations Meet clients, conduct site visits, and propose solar energy solutions. Quotations & Proposal Preparation Prepare customized solar proposals and explain pricing/benefits. Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate contracts, ensure documentation, and close solar system sales. AfterSales Client Support Follow up with customers postinstallation for satisfaction and service. Reporting & Market Feedback Maintain reports, sales forecasts, provide competitor and market feedback. Technical Understanding Basic knowledge of solar systems, components, installation process. Travel & Field Work Willingness to travel within territory, twowheeler preferred. Experience in onboarding the Business associates (Sales agent recruitment & Field operation management) in the same working location & coordinate with him on weekly basis.
