Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Executive to promote our full product line, build strong customer relationships, and drive B2B sales growth Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across electronics, lighting, automotive, PCB assembly, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Promote and sell Kootai’s product portfolio, including: Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, order closing, and after-sales service. Work with technical/application team to provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Report sales pipeline, competitor activities, and market trends to management. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events to enhance visibility Products to Sell: One Component RTV Silicone Sealants Thermal Adhesive & Thermally Conductive Compounds SMT Adhesives/Glues Copper & Steel Mesh Cleaners IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) No-Clean Flux Two-Component Silicone Potting Compounds Conformal Coatings Solder Flux (Leaded & Lead-Free) Glue Dispensing Machines Requirements Any Graduate. 1+ years of B2B sales experience (adhesives/chemicals/electronic materials preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to frequent travel. Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in sales of Silicone sealants, Heat sink compound, adhesives, sealants, coatings, fluxes, or industrial cleaning solutions. Working knowledge of the following products is highly desirable: RTV Silicone Sealants, Thermal Adhesives & Thermally Conductive Compounds, SMT Adhesives/Glues, Copper & Steel Mesh Cleaners, IPA, Fluxes (No-Clean, Leaded, Lead-Free), Silicone Potting Compounds, Conformal Coatings, Glue Dispensing Machines Strong technical understanding of electronics manufacturing, LED lighting, or PCB assembly processes.
