Skills, Education and Experience Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 6-10 years of experience in 3D modeling for mechanical, electrical, or electronic design. Expertise in creating assemblies, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Proficient in data management, including version control and BOM management. Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Elevator industry experience is considered an added advantage. Solid understanding of product development processes and lifecycle stages. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with handling large datasets is a plus. Coding experience for automating Excel files using VBA, Python, etc., is an asset. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
