Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals Act as intermediaries liaising between channel partner and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services Assist with builder handover process Assist buyer with home loan coordination. Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies. Should conduct Local activation drives to entice customers in the vicinity to come by and experience the amenities of the project. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales. Candidate should have good exposure in high rise residential and villa sales. Proven record of closing individual deals of 1.5 Cr or above. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-value clients Willingness to work at off times and on weekends such that client time preference is paramount. Good Communication skills, including local languages. Strong network of channel partners or HNI clients in South Bangalore Experience in lead generation and online marketing is a plus.
