As a Territory Sales Executive/Manager at Anabolic Health Solutions LLP, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with a focus on volume, growth, and productivity. Your role will involve implementing all sales and marketing activities assigned by the company, ensuring daily visits to doctors, chemists, and distributors as per management guidelines, conducting daily retail audits, and maintaining a profiled customer list for your territory. You will also be tasked with developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), converting customers, and expanding market share and revenues. Daily reporting will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, along with coordinating and organizing round table meetings and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities as per the plan. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, MBA, or Nutritionist with 6 months to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the pharma sector, specifically in the Dermatology segment. Proficiency in English communication is mandatory for this position. This is a full-time position based at the company's headquarters in Gurgaon. The job type is Full-time, and the expected start date is 01/04/2025. The role requires 100% willingness to travel, and the work location is in person.
