Role Description This role is for a Sales Development Representative who can research, personalise, and run sniper-grade outbound to founders / CXOs globally. You will learn how to think like a founder and operate in high-leverage rooms. This is not a “blast 200 emails a day” role. This is a precision communication role. Responsibilities research prospects before outreach personalise every initial message run email-based outbound sequences (no mass-send tools) book intro calls with founders / CXOs maintain clean CRM hygiene weekly review of conversions + learnings with the founder team Requirements 2–5 years in B2B outbound or inside sales strong written English experience selling to founders / CXO layer is a plus you understand relevance > volume proof of past outbound results (screenshots welcome) Work type Hybrid — Vadodara / Remote (Global) Compensation Competitive fixed + aggressive upside — discussed after shortlisting.
