As a Sales and Promotion Lead for KNX home automation products in India, your main responsibility is to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration. You will be providing technical support to dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure product performance and address any technical challenges promptly. Additionally, you will assist in designing customized home automation solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. Your role will involve presenting and demonstrating KNX products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and business advantages. It is essential to coordinate projects across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. Conducting training sessions for customers, dealers, and internal staff to improve product knowledge and ensure effective system implementation and usage will be part of your responsibilities. You will also travel to customer locations across India for demos, product installations, training, and ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Managing and leading a team of sales and technical professionals, setting clear targets, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, support, or project management, focusing on KNX home automation solutions. Strong knowledge of KNX systems, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting, is required. Experience with home automation technologies and integration, particularly within the smart home and IoT sectors, will be beneficial. A proven track record of sales management, project execution, and business development is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary for clearly explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex customer challenges with innovative solutions are key attributes for this role. You should be willing to travel across India to meet clients, oversee projects, and provide ongoing support. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift with fixed hours, and performance and quarterly bonuses are part of the compensation package.
