ATP is committed to transforming 1,00,000 Anganwadi Kendras across India into modern, child-friendly, tech-enabled, and sustainable learning spaces. Through CSR partnerships, government collaboration, and community engagement, ATP ensures transformation within 15 days per center, creating long-term impact in early childhood development. --- Role Overview The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will be the strategic driver of ATP’s fundraising vision. This role demands visionary leadership, deep CSR ecosystem knowledge, and proven fundraising expertise to mobilize resources for large-scale systemic change. The leader will directly enable ATP’s goal of transforming 10,000 Anganwadi Kendras in the next 10 years, starting with 1000 in Madhya Pradesh. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Fundraising Strategy & Leadership Lead ATP’s 5-year fundraising roadmap, ensuring alignment with mission goals. Own annual fundraising targets (multi-crore scale) and ensure transparent reporting. Champion operational excellence in fundraising systems and donor compliance. 2. Partnership Development & Network Building Build and manage a pipeline of 100+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and HNIs. Mobilize corporate CSR, foundations, and impact investors to fund ATP. Represent ATP in high-level forums, donor convenings, and policy platforms. 3. Donor Communication & Collateral Oversight Oversee creation of CSR proposals, impact reports, pitch decks, and campaigns. Leverage storytelling, data, and design to create compelling donor narratives. Maintain consistent messaging aligned with ATP’s vision of #TransformAnganwadi. 4. Team Leadership & Systems Building Build a high-performing fundraising & partnerships team. Implement systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, proposal management, and impact reporting. Mentor young professionals to build capacity for scaling ATP nationwide. 5. Relationship Management Build long-term, trust-based donor relationships for repeat investments. Shape differentiated donor journeys for corporates, HNIs, and philanthropies. Steward relationships with key government allies (WCD, district collectors, etc.). 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Programs, Design, Operations, and M&E teams to align fundraising with program needs. Deliver performance-linked outcomes, ensuring measurable social impact. --- Ideal Candidate Profile 10–15 years of leadership experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or social impact investment. Proven track record of raising ₹20 Cr+ annually from CSR, HNIs, and philanthropies. Strong understanding of India’s CSR ecosystem, Section 135 CSR mandates, and large-scale social impact funding. Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and storytelling skills. Experience working with government departments, foundations, and multi-stakeholder platforms.
