As an experienced Application Support/Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the functionality of the ICI product to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our Global Customer Base to provide guidance on product features, implement new enhancements, and configure changes. Additionally, you will engage with customers both on-site and off-site to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize their system. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing knowledgebase articles and training materials for customers and internal staff, enabling them to independently navigate and utilize the product effectively. You will also be responsible for offering technical and functional mentorship to team members, ensuring a high level of support across the board. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successfully completing implementation cycles from discovery to delivery. Flexibility in working rotational shifts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism are essential qualities we are looking for. Familiarity with Windows Azure and Cloud Computing would be advantageous. Your deep understanding of customer support processes, coupled with the ability to follow defined CRM processes and drive issue resolution proactively, will be key to your success in this position. Being a good listener and possessing the creativity to provide innovative solutions to meet customer requirements are crucial attributes that will set you apart in this role. This role may involve travel to customer locations as needed, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with our diverse customer base and ensure their needs are met effectively.
