As a sales consultant, your responsibilities will include consulting customers via telephone throughout the entire B2C process. You will be tasked with developing individualized solutions based on customer requirements, acting as the liaison between customers and our partner providers, and providing comprehensive knowledge and advice on hearing loss and hearing aids. Furthermore, after assessing the customer's level of hearing loss and budget, you will recommend and assist in the purchase of the most suitable hearing aid for their needs.
