Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wind turbine troubleshooting through AI. This position is central to the development and continuous improvement of an AI-guided troubleshooting application that supports field technicians and engineers in diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in wind turbine systems with a passion for structuring knowledge in a way that empowers intelligent, data-driven tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base that serves as the foundation for an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant for wind turbines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate expert knowledge into machine-readable formats.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and capture knowledge related to wind turbine troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge 
• Continuously evaluate the performance of the AI-guided troubleshooting system and refine knowledge assets based on user feedback and system analytics.
• Ensure that the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
• Proven experience inknowledge management, particularly in environments involvingAI or digital tools.
• Familiarity withAI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or expert systems is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with knowledge base platforms, content management systems, or semantic data modelling is desirable.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety.
