We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Coordinator to support our global GTM initiatives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional product and campaign launches, supporting ongoing projects, and managing a centralized GTM knowledge base using Atlassian Confluence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Confluence and excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments where documentation, alignment, and process are key. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage GTM launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables. - Develop and maintain a GTM team wiki on Confluence, ensuring it is up-to-date, structured, and accessible. - Utilize Jira boards and workflows to track tasks and project progress. - Facilitate stand-ups, status meetings, and retrospectives with GTM stakeholders. - Ensure clear communication across marketing, sales, product, and regional teams. - Identify project risks, blockers, and areas for process improvement. - Standardize documentation templates, checklists, and launch playbooks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, GTM operations, or marketing/sales project management. - Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira is required. - Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Workday. - Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to create comprehensive process documentation. - Capability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with globally distributed teams, background in SaaS, tech, or B2B product marketing, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and building documentation systems are preferred.
