This role is essential for maintaining our high standards and ensuring every garment that leaves the sewing line is perfect. We value meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance. Conduct regular and thorough in-line quality checks of garments during the sewing process to identify and correct defects immediately. Ensure all operators and products adhere strictly to approved samples, technical specifications (Tech Packs), and company quality standards. Accurately record inspection findings, track defect rates, and report daily quality summaries. Suggest improvements in sewing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
