Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our sales, marketing, and events initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation tools. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and presentations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide excellent after-sales service and support. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize revenue. 5. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials like brochures, emails, and social media posts. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and competition. Gather feedback from customers to refine products and services. Brand Awareness: Enhance the company’s brand presence through events, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives. Monitor brand reputation and customer satisfaction through surveys and reviews. Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms and create engaging content. Optimize website and online campaigns for search engine visibility (SEO/SEM). 9. Event Planning and Strategy o Develop event concepts and strategies aligned with organizational goals. o Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand event objectives. o Prepare detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 10. Event Coordination o Select and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers. o Oversee all event logistics, including registration, catering, entertainment, and AV setup. o Coordinate schedules, staffing, and resource allocation for events. o Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and insurance regulations. 11. On-Site Management o Manage on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting issues. o Supervise event staff and vendors during the event to ensure quality and efficiency. o Monitor attendee experience and address any concerns in real-time. 12. Post-Event Activities o Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and measure success. o Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including budget analysis. o Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and clients for future events. Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or related roles (experience is a plus).
