This is a remote opportunity where you will work on structural designs for single-family residential homes based on architectural plans, following U.S. construction standards. Key Responsibilities: Model structural elements for single-family residential homes using Revit. Interpret architectural drawings to determine joist directions, bearing walls, and key framing components. Design and size structural components like beams, joists, and headers using Forte software. Develop clean and organized Revit models for residential framing and foundation systems. Export engineering documentation and PDF reports from Forte. Apply standard residential framing practices and document design assumptions. Independently review architectural plans and fill in missing information based on typical framing standards.
