Department: After Sales / Service Location: Nagpur, India Office Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our global maintenance services for Automatic Vehicle wash and industrial washing systems. This role requires managing service operations across multiple time zones, supporting international clients, and ensuring seamless machine performance worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate global service operations, ensuring timely support across different time zones. ensuring clients from the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific receive timely assistance. Plan and manage preventive maintenance, warranty claims, and troubleshooting for clients worldwide. Supervise and guide service engineers, regional distributors, and technical teams. Provide on-site and remote support for machine installation, commissioning, and training. Develop and implement service protocols, escalation procedures, and documentation standards. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide technical feedback and drive product improvements. Maintain detailed service reports, spare part records, and client communication logs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical) 2-5 years of experience in industrial equipment service/maintenance (experience with automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-based systems preferred). Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-based systems. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage). Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
