Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Sausar, Madhya Pradesh. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and overseeing budget preparations. Daily tasks will include bookkeeping, analyzing financial data, preparing tax returns, and coordinating audits. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Management, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting Experience with Budget Preparation, Tax Preparation, and Compliance Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
