You will monitor team performance through the company’s sales & attendance app, generate reports, analyse sales trends, and provide actionable insights to management to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor marketing team activities: attendance, order status, and field tasks through the company’s mobile app. Collect and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales data. Generate reports: sales performance, attendance summaries, and activity logs. Identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities by analysing collected data. Ensure staff follow proper order update procedures and app discipline. Provide management with regular feedback and suggestions to boost performance. Assist in planning promotions, targets, and sales strategies. Ensure all data entered in the app is accurate and up-to-date. Train and guide team members in using the application effectively.
