BU: Lohono Dept : Rental & Hospitality Sub Dept (Internal reference.) : Food & Beverages Production Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your assigned section. Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Support senior chefs in inventory, stock rotation, and storage. Help with receiving and checking deliveries. Maintain consistency in quality and presentation. Report any maintenance issues or kitchen hazards. Key Requirement: Education: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. Technical Skills: Basic culinary skills and understanding of food production. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools. Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene standards. Personal Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player and adaptable to different kitchen environments. Punctual and reliable. Ability to follow instructions accurately. R eporting to: Executive Chef Age/Gender : 18 - 35 years / Male & Female Stakeholders and Peers : Kitchen Team F&B Service Team Housekeeping Team
