The chef will be responsible for preparing 3 to 4 meals daily for approximately 300 people including patients, attendants, doctors, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and supervise daily cooking of meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea/snacks, dinner). Ensure timely and hygienic food preparation for around 300 people. Work as per the dietary instructions provided by the dietician for patient meals. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times. Supervise kitchen staff and allocate duties during the shift. Manage stock of groceries and kitchen items; coordinate for timely purchasing. Maintain records of meals prepared and served daily.
