Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian dishes, learning from experienced chefs. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring everything is sparkling and ready for use. Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and organized at all times, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene. Help with inventory management and stocking supplies, making sure we always have what we need. Follow all food safety and hygiene practices diligently to ensure the well-being of our customers. Assist in serving food and maintaining portion control, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. Requirements: A passion for South Indian cuisine and an eagerness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.
