The minimum qualifications for this role include a BA/BS degree in Design (Architecture/Interior) or 3-5 years of relevant work experience if a degree is not held. Preferred qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to think creatively and innovatively, and demonstrated leadership and strategic skills.
