Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant located in Kolkata. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking as directed, and supporting food and beverage operations. Day-to-day tasks will also include ensuring all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized and assisting with basic customer service when needed.

Qualifications

Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
Knowledge of Hygiene and Food & Beverage standards
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and safety
Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
