Assist customers with any product technical issue to effectively drive customer satisfaction. Ø Analyzes or makes the annual social cost budget for next year. Ø Ensures correct contractual management in their work centers, complying with established policies and local legislation. Ø Ensures the correct registration of information for the calculation of payroll, and settlements, registration of absences and contingents. ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL Ø Participate in the preparation of their department's budget according to the set guidelines.
