As a Project Specialist for the Transformers Business at Hitachi Energy in Halol, India, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that leverages innovative technology to create sustainable solutions for the energy sector. Your primary mission will be to ensure the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with internal and external teams such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. By coordinating with After-Sales Service teams and recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from order booking to dispatch, sales order booking, creating items lists and bill of materials, confirming delivery dates with customers, and ensuring the readiness of materials with production. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with customers, uphold core values of safety and integrity, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess 5 to 8 years of experience in project or order management. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills are essential, along with proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and the English language.
