Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations (such as OSHA), and company policies. Training and Development: Train maintenance staff on safety protocols, equipment handling, and troubleshooting techniques. 1.2. Electrical Maintenance Oversight: Power Supply Management: Oversee the maintenance of transformers, generators, electrical panels, circuit breakers, and power distribution systems.
